US ISP’s Voluntarily Agree to Cut Off Downloaders

A voluntary pact between some of the major US Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and the Entertainment industry, will see US ISPs cut off media file sharers from their internet connections (or severely throttle and restrict access to certain sites) if caught infringing on copyright more than 2 times. This pact is to take effect on July 12th, 2012.
